Standard Camping

  • £25 per night for 2 people sharing a tent / caravan / camper van or motor home per night (maximum of 2 adults)

  • Additional children under the age of 18 (above 2 people) are free of charge in the same tent / unit

  • £5 per night for an additional adult in a tent / caravan / camper van or motor home

  • £5 per night for an additional separate children only pup tent (under the age of 18)

5m Bell Tent Hire

We have two 5m bell tents right on the banks of the river Stour. Each bell tent comes with 10*roll mats and a light. Each tent can fit 8 people. A fire pit is included in the price for the duration of your stay. Please bring any other camping equipment you require such as sleeping bags, pillows, blow-up airbeds and bunting. Please note that the bell tents are not moveable under any circumstances.

Bell tent hire is £70 per night. During peak season, there is a 3 night minimum payment over weekends covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and the minimum stay is one night. You could therefore arrive Friday and leave late Sunday evening or Monday. The price is £210 for the 3 nights over the weekend. For some weekends in May and September you can stay for 2 nights over the weekends (excluding bank holiday weekends).

From Monday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Friday a 2 night stay is possible. The price is £140 for the 2 nights.

Scouts & Duke of Edinburgh Groups

  • £7 per child under 18

  • £7 per group leader

Please note that we do not take bookings for Scouts and Duke of Edinburgh groups over weekends in June, July and August. Mid-week groups are possible so please email us via:



  • £5 per fire pit

  • £12 per large bag of wood (double the size of normal bags, we provide seasoned hardwood that burns extra slowly)

  • Wood includes fire-starters & kindling

  • Fire Pit grills are available free of charge to cook your food on

  • We deliver everything to your pitch

  • Fire Pits must be extinguised by 23.00

  • We provide water buckets for you to put fires out with


Canoe Hire

Hire a canoe to paddle Constable Country’s famous River Stour. From 2020, canoe hire will be available daily. Canoe training & maps are provided before your trip along with free ponchos just in case the weather is not perfect. Exclusively for customers staying with us at Rushbanks Farm Campsite.

Canoe Hire is from 10.00 - 18.00 (8 hours) and costs £55 for all day hire. Buoyancy aids for children are free of charge, adult buoyancy aids cost £5 per day. The canoes can seat either 3 adults only or 2 adults and 2 children. Canoes can be taken to the Anchor Inn Pub, Nayland, which is downstream, please note that you will need to carry the canoe around two weirs. Canoes can be shared between groups and taken both upstream and downstream from our campsite.

We do have limited availability of canoe hire on site and recommend you book in advance, please email us at if you require information regarding availability only. If you have booked your pitch online through our website or are about to, we can add your canoe payment to your pitch booking via our online booking portal. Please add on the relevant canoe booking day where indicated during the pitch booking process. We can then send you a canoe reservation confirmation.
